Subsea Project Engineer

Job Description

- 7+ years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry, construction and inspection (manned and unmanned). - High degree of understanding of subsea operations (IRM, Construction, and Survey) Planning, coordination, and execution of subsea engineering activities. Prepare Project Plan from mobilization to demobilization, and all points in between; Planning and presentation of design solutions at formal Design Reviews internally and also at customer meetings; Prepare method statements, procedures, engineering brief and drawings, schedules and planning for the various aspects of the project plan; Review equipment specifications for in-house and hired equipment, converse with suppliers to ensure plant and equipment availability, timely delivery; Follow-up on pre-inspection and third-party quality certification of the diving support vessels, diving lifting equipment in order to provide the necessary safety information; Attend vessel mobilization / demobilization as required to ensure efficient execution; Attend the offshore worksite to oversee offshore operations and project delivery; Review project report / brief and comment accordingly; Prepare draft and reports for subsea projects; Ensure safe operations while minimizing our impact on the environment by means of complying with occupational QHSE standards Computer Skills: - Computer literate, including AutoCAD - Knowledge of ISO code and other quality management skills, including but not limited to full understanding of IMCA and IOGP guidance.
