Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to provide specialized technical expertise and advisory services for development and infrastructure projects. This role operates on a call-off consultancy basis, delivering expert guidance in environmental engineering, disaster management, and other specialist fields across multiple projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and advisory services in specialized engineering fields Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for development projects Develop technical specifications and guidelines for project implementation Review and evaluate technical proposals and designs Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices Mentor junior staff and provide knowledge transfer Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

University degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized institution Specialist field degree in Environmental Engineering, Disaster Management, or related specialization Minimum 15 years of professional experience in relevant technical field Professional certifications in area of specialization (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Experience:

Infrastructure development projects Buildings and construction sector experience Humanitarian and emergency response Fit-out and rehabilitation projects Development projects in economic, health, and education sectors
