Purpose Supervise and follow Operations Subcontractors services in respect of contracts, Ensure compliance towards Labor Law, Maersk third parties' requirements and contracts requirements, Ensure efficient subcontractor management for better terminal performance.

Key Responsibilities Supervise Subcontractors Recruitment process and ensure compliance of recruitment process with Maersk Requirements, Follow Training and Onboarding of new joiners with Training team and Subcontractors Coordinators, Contribute to the improvement of the training program for new subcontractors. Follow proactively compliance of Subcontractors Admin services (Attendance, Payroll Dates, Admin Documents, distribution of pay slips, disciplinary process Administration) Follow proactively Compliance of Subcontractors Transportation and canteen services, Follow Proactively Personal Protection Equipment's distribution process (Respect of deadlines, Quality and quantity compliance), Follow proactively individuals claims / Conflicts related or from employees, Address and resolve conflicts among subcontractors and ensure a positive working environment. Ensure periodic communication Related to Subcontractors with internal stakeholders (OPS, AM, HR, ...) Monitor and fill dashboards and KPIs linked to subcontractor services, Organize and lead weekly meetings with Subcontractors Coordinators and Resource Planners, Organize Quarterly meetings with Subcontractors Management, Supervise claims related to contract execution, Follow and organize any activity, event, forum related to subcontractors, Conduct checks of Subcontractors and providers compliance to labor Law, Maersk requirements and contracts, Follow Subcontractors Actions Plans to ensure compliance, Deliver timely and accurate reports on subcontractor compliance, performance and safety. Monitor and control Budget and reports Monthly the status. Reports any major risk, non-compliance or misconduct related to subcontractors, At all-time follow safety procedures and instructions as/where applicable Report any unsafe situation linked to Subcontractors or providers,

Who we are looking for Master's degree in management, Law, Human Resources, or logistics, 3+ Years of prior work experience, as subcontractors Supervisor or similar job that has proven experience in interim and HR Subcontracting services, Good and proven knowledge in Moroccan labor law, Knowledge and experience of Conflict Management, A field person close to people, Good listening and communication skills in Arabic, French and English,
