Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated
Subcontract Procurement Specialist
/Subcontract Coordinator
to manage all procurement activities related to subcontractors, not material suppliers. This role is crucial for ensuring the selection, contracting, and performance monitoring of subcontractors across various trades within our construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and prequalify subcontractors for different construction disciplines. Prepare and issue
Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
to subcontractors. Collect, compare, and evaluatetechnical and commercial proposals
. Negotiateterms, pricing, and scope of work
with subcontractors. Draft, review, and finalizesubcontract agreements
in coordination with legal and project teams. Ensure timely onboarding and mobilization of subcontractors on-site. Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with project requirements. Maintain and update a reliabledatabase of approved subcontractors
. Collaborate closely withProject Managers, Site Engineers, and the Contracts Department
.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum
5 years of experience
in procurement or subcontract management within the construction industry. Strongnegotiation and communication skills
. Familiarity withconstruction contracts
and terms. High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple subcontract packages simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
