Subcontract Procurement Engineer
Job Description
Develop, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements, including scope of work, pricing, and terms.
Administer post-award activities such as invoice verification, dispute resolution, and change orders.
Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, delivery, and compliance.
Prepare procurement plans and tender documents for subcontracted works.
Conduct market research to identify qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
Evaluate bids and proposals based on technical and commercial criteria.
Ensure cost optimization through competitive sourcing and negotiation.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate contractual and supply chain risks.
Track and report subcontract costs, rate escalations, and claims.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to align procurement activities with project needs.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and performance reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
