Reporting to the Style Expertise Manager, you will be a Style Expert based in Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates Fashion Boutique. As a Style Expert, you will guide women to let them express their personality in their style, always conveying the message and the silhouette of the collection as well as Gabrielle Chanel Legacy in terms of allure to make women feel unique, beautiful & confident in wearing Chanel.
Along with supporting the global Fashion strategy and the Style Expertise priorities, the Style Expert accompanies the boutique team to upskill and coach Fashion Advisors on style. You will support them during their client appointments in order to elevate the client experience in boutique. You will coach Fashion Advisors on styling to achieve market leadership and reach global requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Coaching / Training boutique team (40%)
- Develop and coach Fashion Advisors and boutique team to strengthen their styling skills, in order to infuse the team with Chanel\'s vision of the Allure and complete silhouette.
- Provide styling guidance to Fashion Advisors, help in preparing clients\xe2\x80\x99 wardrobe, show by example and play a role model during selected appointments.
- Work closely with boutique management Style Expertise and learning team, he or she participates in the style onboarding of the newcomers.
- Key partner with Learning in order to infuse Style to ALL Fashion Advisors (Style Fundamentals, Message Mode, morning briefing\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Accompany the Style Expertise team with the style fundamentals follow-up.
- Report on the team styling evolution to the Style Expertise manager and the boutique management.
2/ Style Reference in boutique (40%)
- Support client appointments or boutique events.
- Collaborate with the Style Expertise Manager to animate special styling moments in boutique as per the needs.
- Active participation in 4-hand sales to smoothen the sales process, focusing on style and allure, and developing the ultimate client experience.
- Support the business, with concrete style actions and initiatives.
3/ Boutique Style influencer (20%)
3.1/ Buying sessions:
- Provide clear feedback on the collection to the Style Expertise team.
- Seize the spirit and principles of each collection to be able to share a styling point of view with sales managers.
3.2/ Collection orchestrations:
- Promote the Allure of the collection to the boutique team.
- Key partner to bring a styling point of view for collection launches and strategic product launches.
Requirements:
- Proven styling skills
- 5-10 successful years of experience in luxury fashion retail in boutique and/or in merchandising and/or in Visual Merchandising
- Proven experience of coaching or training on style topics
Your strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills will contribute to the success of this position.
Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
