JOB PURPOSE






The Style Advisor is responsible for providing a seamless, stylish, personalized, and enjoyable customer experience.




RESPONSIBILITIES





Greet customers actively and attend to their needs in the fitting room, ensuring the area is always neat and readily available to accommodate customers.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing individual requests and expectations, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience that consistently attracts both current and potential customers.

Create and maintain a customer database to foster brand loyalty through personalized shopping experiences, strong customer relationships, and long-term engagement strategies, thereby maximizing sales.

Remain informed of trends and maintain a timeless understanding of fashion principles to continually enhance and share the team's fashion expertise.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the store, enabling quick identification of customer concerns and efficient resolution with minimal supervision.

Drive sales by consistently demonstrating exceptional clientele selling skills, focusing on individual customers, understanding their fashion preferences, and fulfilling their wardrobe needs.

Determine customer needs by considering their personal features, preferences, and wardrobe choices. Provide expert advice on sizes, colors, and styles to enhance their shopping experience.

Handle product repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding product service, repairs, and alterations.

Utilize customer-centric tools, product knowledge resources, and in-store technology to effectively communicate information about product features, benefits, and current trends to customers.




Qualifications

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS





Language Proficiency




Fluency in English.

Technical Skills




Proficiency in MS Office.

Specific Expertise




Knowledge of beauty products, especially particular lines of cosmetics.


EDUCATION






Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or Fashion Styling, or a related field.




EXPERIENCE






Zero to one years of experience in Fashion Retail, or Customer Service, or a similar role.
