We are seeking a dynamic and business-minded Studio & Education Manager to lead our flagship Dubai studio. What You'll Do

Deliver inspiring client experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal members.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to consistently deliver service excellence. Drive community growth through collaborations with wellness brands, corporates, schools, and community groups. Design and execute innovative marketing and awareness campaigns that elevate our visibility. Shape and expand education programs, workshops, and collaborative learning opportunities. Use data insights to keep the studio thriving, spotting trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Balance hands-on operational responsibilities with long-term business development strategies

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in studio, fitness, wellness, or hospitality management. Background in education program coordination or training delivery (preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A growth-focused mindset with confidence in building partnerships and driving revenue. A genuine passion for wellness, fitness, or Pilates (bonus if you are a practitioner yourself). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire clients, partners, and teams. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
