Position Title: Students Career & Alumni Affairs Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits

A performing arts academy based in UAE.

\xc2\xa7 Responsible for all alumni activities and relations such as developing and implementing the Academy Alumni Office strategy, budget allocation, and monitoring expenses.
\xc2\xa7 Provide support to students in their career planning, job search, self-assessment, decision-making, and professional development through conducting one-on-one advising, workshops, coaching, and seminars.
\xc2\xa7 Represent the Academy in significant Alumni Office events and promote alumni benefits to graduating students and encourage participation in alumni initiatives.
\xc2\xa7 Develop and maintain professional relationships with alumni locally, regionally and internationally.
\xc2\xa7 Work in collaboration with Program Leaders, faculty, staff and alumni to develop new leads for internships, job shadowing and full-time positions.
