Students Campus Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students in classrooms, corridors, cafeterias, outdoor areas, and during arrival/dismissal times. Monitor and enforce campus rules and behavior expectations. Intervene in incidents of misconduct, bullying, or unsafe behavior. Report serious incidents or violations to the administration and security teams. Escort students to and from designated areas as needed. Support staff and teachers in maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment. Maintain written reports of disciplinary actions and behavioral incidents. Provide supervision during school events, field trips, assemblies, and emergency drills. Serve as a role model and promote a positive school culture. Ensure unauthorized individuals do not access the campus.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require post-secondary education). Previous experience working with students or in a supervisory role is preferred. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Should speak Arabic and English

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
