Serve as the first point of contact for student queries and support.
Conduct student onboarding and orientation sessions.
Assist students with academic schedules, attendance, and general guidance.
Coordinate student activities, events, and engagement programs.
Handle student grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in student support, academic services, or administration (education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Professional, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
