Job Summary:



The Student Success Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring students achieve their academic and personal goals. This position involves tracking student progress, providing targeted support, and communicating with parents and guardians to foster student success. The coordinator collaborates with educators, administrators, and families to create an environment conducive to student growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:



Track and Monitor Student Progress:

Regularly review and analyze student performance data, including grades, attendance, and behavioral reports. Identify students who may need additional support and collaborate with teachers to address their needs.

Communicate with Parents and Guardians:

Provide regular updates to parents and guardians about their child's academic progress, behavioral issues, and any other relevant information. Schedule and conduct meetings with parents to discuss student progress, goals, and strategies for improvement.

Support Student Development:

Develop and implement personalized academic and behavioral intervention plans for students. Coordinate with school counselors, special education staff, and other support services to provide comprehensive assistance.

Collaborate with Educators:

Work closely with teachers and school staff to develop and execute strategies for student success. Facilitate professional development opportunities related to student success and progress monitoring.

Maintain Records and Reports:

Keep detailed records of student progress, interventions, and communications with parents. Prepare and present reports on student progress and program effectiveness to school administrators and other stakeholders.

Organize and Lead Workshops:

Conduct workshops and information sessions for parents on topics related to student success, such as academic strategies, behavioral support, and effective communication.

Promote a Positive School Culture:

Advocate for a supportive and inclusive school environment that fosters student engagement and achievement. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise concerning student progress or behavior.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role or in student support services is highly desirable. Strong understanding of educational systems, student development, and academic interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
