Key Responsibilities
Prospect Engagement
: Actively engage with potential students through phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide detailed information about programmes, admissions requirements, and career outcomes.
Lead Conversion
: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to achieve enrollment targets and maximize conversion rates.
Advising and Support
: Counsel prospective students on program benefits, financial aid options, and career pathways to help them make informed enrollment decisions.
Pipeline Management
: Track and manage the progress of each lead, update CRM records, and maintain a clear overview of outreach, follow-up actions, and enrollment status.
Market and Competitor Analysis
: Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insight for sales strategy development and suggest potential new programmes offerings.
Events and Presentations
: Represent the institution at open houses, fairs, and online webinars, presenting our offerings and building brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
: Proven experience in sales, ideally within higher education or a similar consultative sales environment.
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and present complex information in a simple and compelling manner.
Sales-Oriented
: Strong understanding of sales strategies, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to meeting enrollment targets.
Technology Proficiency
: Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
Customer-Centric
: Patient, empathetic, and committed to providing outstanding customer service to all prospective students.
