Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
Proactively identify and recruit prospective students for our educational programs, particularly in business and management.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate relationships with students, parents, educational partners, and other stakeholders to promote the value of our programs.
Counselling & Guidance:
Provide in-depth information on course offerings, admission criteria, and career outcomes to assist students in making well-informed decisions.
Sales & Enrollment Strategy:
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
Lead Generation:
Utilize various platforms and events (online and offline) to generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert interest into enrollment.
Application Support:
Guide students through the application and documentation process to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Communication & Engagement:
Host webinars, info sessions, and personalized follow-ups to maintain engagement with prospective students.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and enhance recruitment efforts.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with academic and administrative departments to support student onboarding and program delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in student recruitment, admissions, or counselling, preferably within the education sector.
Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.
Ability to connect with students and guide them through the decision-making process.
Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and achieving enrollment goals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to events and institutions as needed to meet potential students.

Pay: AED 2,500.00 - AED 3,000.00 + Incentives
