SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

The part-time Student Helper will play a crucial role in fostering communication with students and alumni, promoting Masar Career Excellence services, and actively encouraging engagement in various career activities. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the dynamic landscape of career services at Ajman University, actively involving students and alumni in valuable career-building opportunities facilitated by Masar Career Excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in organizing career workshops and training programs to enhance students\' career readiness.
Collaborate with team members to implement strategies to boost the participation and engagement of students and alumni in various career activities organized by Masar.
Collaborate with team members to develop initiatives that enhance the overall career development experience.
Reach out to students and alumni to increase awareness of the AU Career Fair.
Encourage students and alumni to register for and attend the career fair.
Provide guidance and assistance in the registration process.
Assist in registering students and alumni at the Masar booth.
Promote the newly launched career platform to students and alumni.
Provide information and assistance on accessing and utilizing the features of the new platform.
