Job Description

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

The part-time Student Helper will play a crucial role in fostering communication with students and alumni, promoting Masar Career Excellence services, and actively encouraging engagement in various career activities. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the dynamic landscape of career services at Ajman University, actively involving students and alumni in valuable career-building opportunities facilitated by Masar Career Excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in organizing career workshops and training programs to enhance students\' career readiness.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement strategies to boost the participation and engagement of students and alumni in various career activities organized by Masar.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop initiatives that enhance the overall career development experience.
  • Reach out to students and alumni to increase awareness of the AU Career Fair.
  • Encourage students and alumni to register for and attend the career fair.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in the registration process.
  • Assist in registering students and alumni at the Masar booth.
  • Promote the newly launched career platform to students and alumni.
  • Provide information and assistance on accessing and utilizing the features of the new platform.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience in the same field or a similar nature position.
