A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking a skilled and experienced

STS/RTG Cranes Mechanic

to join our maintenance team

Key Responsibilities:



Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on

Ship-to-Shore (STS)

and

Rubber-Tired Gantry (RTG)

cranes. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Carry out inspections and ensure equipment complies with safety and operational standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work. Coordinate with operations and other technical teams to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum 3 to 5 years

of hands-on experience in crane maintenance, specifically

STS and RTG cranes

. Proven experience in the

oil and gas industry

or

port/terminal operations

. Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and heavy equipment mechanics. Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals. Strong commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards.

Preferred Skills:



Certification in mechanical or heavy equipment maintenance. Familiarity with automated crane systems and PLC troubleshooting is an advantage. Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
