Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and center of excellence for structured trade and commodity finance products
• Work closely with coverage teams to originate and structure structured trade finance solutions
• Support development and execution of complex STCF transactions across global markets
• Analyze transaction structures, collateral arrangements, and cash flow mechanics
• Monitor live STCF deals to ensure performance, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Partner with risk, legal, credit, and operations teams to ensure deal alignment with bank policies
• Support credit proposal preparation, transaction documentation, and approval processes
• Identify opportunities to expand structured trade solutions with existing and new clients
• Ensure adherence to internal risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
• Provide ongoing portfolio oversight and reporting on structured trade exposures
• Support knowledge sharing and capability building across coverage and product teams
• Contribute to enhancement of STCF products, processes, and market solutions

• Strong experience in structured trade and commodity finance
• Proven ability to structure and manage complex trade finance transactions
• Strong understanding of trade flows, commodities, collateral structures, and risk mitigants
• Experience working with corporate and institutional clients
