Steel Structure Engineer

to join our growing team.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a

highly skilled and licensed Steel Structure Engineer

with a minimum of

5 years of proven experience

in the design and execution of steel structures, particularly focused on

warehouses, canopies, skylights, and light structural systems

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and develop detailed drawings for steel structures including warehouses, steel-framed canopies, and skylight framing systems. Ensure all designs are compliant with

Dubai Municipality and UAE structural codes

. Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and structural reports. Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and project managers to integrate structural elements with overall design intent. Supervise fabrication and installation phases to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Provide value engineering solutions for structural systems. Liaise with authorities for design approvals and building permit submissions when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Valid

Dubai or UAE structural engineering license

(optional). Minimum

5 years of UAE or GCC experience

in steel structure design and detailing. Strong experience with

warehouses, canopy structures, skylights, and similar steel-based systems

. Proficient in design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Tekla). Knowledge of local codes, DM regulations, and permit processes. Strong project coordination and communication skills.
