We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Structural Engineer

with a valid

Dubai Municipality (DM) G+12 license

to join our consultancy firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

4 years' experience working with an engineering consultant

in the UAE and will be well-versed in structural design, DM regulations, and project coordination from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design of buildings up to G+12 in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and UAE building codes. Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and submit structural drawings and documents to Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approval. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients. Conduct site inspections and supervise structural works to ensure adherence to design, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare structural assessment reports, technical submittals, and progress reports. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during the design and construction stages.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree is a plus). Valid

Dubai Municipality G+12 Structural Engineer License

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience

working with a recognized engineering consultant. Strong knowledge of

UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations

, and international structural standards. Proficient in structural design software such as

ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit

. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. UAE driving license is preferred.
