Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze structural elements for buildings, bridges, towers, and other infrastructure. Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance and construction quality. Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors during design and construction phases. Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and engineering principles. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation. Provide engineering support during construction and resolve any issues that arise on-site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred). Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum [X] years of experience in structural engineering design and construction. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE). Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools. Strong knowledge of international and local building codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocode). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-rise or complex structure projects. Knowledge of sustainability and green building design practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

Work Environment:

Office and field-based work. May require travel to project sites.
