Requirements:
10+ years of experience in structural or civil inspection and supervision
Prior consultant site supervision experience on hospitality projects
Must be based in the UAE
Deep understanding of civil and structural engineering standards
Experience inspecting foundation, concrete, steel work, and finishing works
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections of civil and structural works on-site
Verify that construction activities meet design and safety standards
Review structural drawings and methods
Document inspection findings and prepare reports
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
