Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented

Structural Inspector

to join our team! In this role you will get to supervise and inspect the structural works related to the Project.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspects site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works. Give practical advise on constructional matters. Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements. Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc. Direct Inspectors and ensure performance. Assist in or measure work done when required. Observe site safety procedures. Assist in preparation of "as-built" drawings. Assist with inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists and handover to operating authority. Documents nonconformance and may participate in determining appropriate resolution. May provide technical guidance to lower-level inspectors. Performs work in safe manner and is cognizant of public safety. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor Degree in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum 5 years related construction supervision experience. Or Diploma in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum 8 years related construction supervision experience. Project experience in

multistoried carparks or similar or similar construction buildings

is mandatory. Preferably with related work experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE, or GCC in an engineering consulting firm.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Knowledge and experience using computer software. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff. Commitment to safe work practices.
