We are Hiring
Structural Fabricators
to join our workshop in Sharjah.Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and Fabrication procedures. Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. Select and set up welding equipment, tools, and materials based on the job requirements. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment. Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Perform repair work on damaged metal parts or structures. Maintain welding tools and equipment in safe and proper working condition. Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies. Assist with other fabrication, fitting, or mechanical work when required. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical certification or diploma in Fabrication or a related trade. Proven experience as a welder in construction, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance. Proficiency in different welding processes such as SMAW (Stick), MIG, TIG, and FCAW. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Familiar with safety standards related to welding and fabrication. Physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
