Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review structural design drawings and calculations in compliance with UAE codes, DM (Dubai Municipality) regulations, and client requirements.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other discipline teams to ensure structural integrity and design feasibility.
Conduct site supervision and inspection to ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
Provide technical guidance to contractors and resolve site structural issues.
Review contractor submissions including method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory regulations on-site.
Assist in project documentation, progress reports, and coordination meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum
10 years of consultancy experience in UAE
, preferably with supervision of residential high-rise towers.
Valid
DM Unlimited License
in Structural Engineering.
Strong knowledge of structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent).
Experience in supervision and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and international standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
