The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and seamless execution of high-profile developments including landmark projects such as Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice. This position combines technical design review, site coordination, and real-time problem-solving during construction phases.

Job Overview

• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate structural solutions into overall project execution
• Review, validate, and coordinate structural design documentation in line with project specifications and local codes
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to design intent
• Resolve structural issues during the construction phase, providing timely and cost-efficient engineering solutions
• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and shop drawings
• Apply expertise in structural software such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Revit, and AutoCAD for modeling and analysis
• Assist in the design of temporary structures as required for construction sequencing
• Maintain thorough project documentation including technical reports, site logs, and drawings
• Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize structural design and reduce unnecessary costs

Job Requirements
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in site-based structural engineering, preferably in large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in the UAE

Skills

• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Revit, AutoCAD, and other structural software tools
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and local building codes
• Excellent technical problem-solving and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication abilities
• Capable of leading technical discussions and providing on-site engineering support
