Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all structural engineering activities on construction sites across Dubai
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical and construction issues
• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and shop drawings in line with UAE building codes and project requirements
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all structural works
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff, ensuring professional development and teamwork
• Coordinate with design teams to address site challenges and propose practical engineering solutions
• Monitor construction progress and report status, risks, and issues to project management and clients
• Prepare detailed technical reports, site records, and progress documentation
• Ensure all structural works meet or exceed industry standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification
• Minimum eight years of experience in structural engineering with strong exposure to site supervision
• Proven experience on large-scale construction projects in Dubai or similar regional environments
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards
• Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong technical reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control practices
