Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with precast building design experience. You will be responsible for developing innovative, cost-effective, and safe structural solutions for various building projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities



Perform detailed structural analysis and design of buildings in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Prepare design reports, structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to develop integrated designs. Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals. Ensure structural integrity and code compliance in all phases of the design. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and draftsmen. Conduct site visits and inspections as needed during project execution.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structura. Minimum 7 years of experience in structural design engineering; 10 years preferred. Proven experience in designing precast concrete structures is strongly preferred. Proficient in structural analysis software such as ETABS. Strong knowledge of CAD. Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
