Job Description

Responsibilities

- Design optimizing by using FEA technique of the enclosures, cranes &structures to suit client requirement & detailing the same for the production.

- Support design calculations, load analysis, and stress simulations for steel and mechanical structures.

- Assist in troubleshooting design issues and optimizing structural performance.

- Performing structural/thermal/model/time period analysis based on client issued principle.

- Perform stress, strain, and load calculations to validate design integrity and safety.

- Creating precise and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software.

- Apply

GD&T principles

to ensure precise dimensional control and tolerance stack-up in mechanical components.

- Collaborating with Design Manager, Engineers and project Engineers to understand design specifications.

- Revising and updating drawings based on client feedback and project changes.

- Ensuring that drawings comply with industry standards regulation and project guidelines.

- Reviewing and interpreting sketches. Layouts and specification.

- Generate 2D and 3D models, General Arrangement drawings, BOM, detailed fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Solid modelling

- Create detailed 3D modular designs for mechanical systems and components.

- Organise and maintain drawings files and project documentation.

- Coordinate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency in drawings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design changes and updates.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards.

- Meet project deadlines and timelines for drawing submissions.

Qualification

Mechanical Engineering

1 to 2 years' experience in relevant Industry

Competence

Auto CAD 2D

Solid Works

STAAD, ANSYS

Skills

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

-1-2 years of experience in structural and mechanical design.

-Proficiency in

ANSYS

,

STAAD Pro

, and

GD&T

application.

-Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering standards.

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
