About Us:

Schematic Engineering Consultants is a growing architectural and engineering consultancy firm based in Dubai, offering comprehensive services in structural, MEP, and architectural design. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer/Resident Engineer/Site Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure project specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met. Oversee structural design work, perform calculations, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Conduct inspections and site visits to ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and method statements. Prepare reports, manage documentation, and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site. Coordinate with authorities and other relevant stakeholders for project approvals and compliance. Assist in the development of structural solutions to project challenges.

Requirements:

DM G+4/G+12 Consultant certificate Should have driving license Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural design and/or site supervision Familiarity with local building codes and authority submission processes. Strong project management and site supervision skills. Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
