Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities related to structural components, ensuring adherence to project specifications and approved drawings. Review structural drawings and technical documents for accuracy and compatibility with actual site conditions. Control and coordinate the works of subcontractors and report on their progress, or any trends which can cause delay, this should immediately report to CM & PM Coordinate with construction, design, QA/QC, and HSE departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution. Assist in the preparation of method statements, bar bending schedules, and material submittals. Track material deliveries, installation progress, and manpower allocation. Responsible to arrange and carry out the specified inspection and signed - off by the consultant. (Including the works of the Subcontractors.) Checking required quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work. Preparing daily site progress report and submit it to Sr. Engineer/ Construction Manager to track the day-completion such like the productivity rate of manpower and equipment against the target plan. Immediately Report any machinery breakdown, material damages and other issues which can lead to not achieving the plan Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and RT A representatives as required. Support resolution of design and site-related issues to avoid delays. Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed at all times. Conduct joint inspections with consultants and third parties for approvals. Conduct Toolbox along with the foreman and worker for any new activity
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in structural execution, particularly in RTA infrastructure projects in the UAE. Strong technical knowledge of bridge construction, retaining walls, underpasses, and reinforced concrete structures. Proficient in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and standards. Familiarity with RTA specifications and approval procedures. Ability to manage construction timelines and handle pressure in a fast-paced project

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
