Job Description
We are a
Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
working extensively onBIM-based high-rise projects
in the UAE. We are seeking an experiencedStructural Engineer
with strongUAE project experience
to support design review and BIM coordination activities.Key Responsibilities
Review and validate
structural designs, calculations, and drawings
for high-rise buildings Preparestructural review reports
and technical comments Review and coordinateBIM structural models
(Revit, Navisworks, etc.) Coordinate withBIM teams, consultants, and stakeholders
to resolve design issues Ensure compliance withUAE local authorities, international codes, and project specifications
Support PMC functions duringdesign development and construction stages
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Structural / Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of UAE experience
in high-rise building projects Proven experience instructural design review and technical reporting
Experience reviewingBIM models
(Revit, Navisworks or similar) Good knowledge ofUAE codes, local authority requirements
, and international standards Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsPreferred
Experience working with
PMC or engineering consultancy firms in the UAE
Exposure tolarge-scale or complex developments
Strong documentation and reporting skillsJob Type: Full-time
