Job Description

Design & Engineering

Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, timber, and/or lightweight structures. Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation. Develop structural drawings, details, and specifications. Ensure designs comply with relevant local and international codes and standards. Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Project Coordination

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural systems. Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related structural issues. Attend design meetings, technical reviews, and site inspections. Liaise with authorities, consultants, and third-party reviewers as required.
Construction & Site Support

Conduct site visits to monitor structural works and ensure compliance with approved designs. Identify construction risks and propose corrective measures. Provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams. Review and certify structural works and variations.
Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure structural designs meet safety, quality, and sustainability requirements. Apply value engineering principles where appropriate. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and approval purposes.
