We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with experience in the steel industry to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will work on structural analysis and design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. This role requires proficiency in key engineering software and the ability to work independently on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design for steel structures. Use STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation/Prokon, and IDEA StatiCa to develop detailed designs and calculations. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Review and optimize structural designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Prepare technical reports, calculations, and project documentation. Ensure that designs comply with local and international codes and standards. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design issues during project execution.

Educational Qualifications & other requirements:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering/M.Tech Structural Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in the steel industry. Proficiency in STAAD Pro Connect Edition, STAAD Foundation/Prokon and IDEA StatiCa. Strong understanding of steel structure design, Connection design and Erection methodologies. Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform structural calculations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in steel detailing and fabrication drawings. Knowledge of American, European, British Code books and Standards. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
