to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and project coordination, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural design and analysis of
high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings
.
Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve design and site issues.
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, and other relevant authority regulations.
Use advanced structural software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for design and modeling.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
7-10 years of experience
in structural design and supervision, with at least
5 years in high-rise building projects
in the UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of
UAE building codes, BS, ACI, and Eurocodes
.
Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Familiarity with seismic and wind load design for tall buildings.
UAE Society of Engineers membership is a plus.
Professional certification (Chartered Engineer / PE / SE) preferred.
