Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with proven expertise in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and supervision of high-rise developments, ensuring compliance with international standards, local authority regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and approve structural designs and detailed engineering drawings for high-rise buildings. Conduct structural analysis and ensure stability, strength, and safety of structures under various loads. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure integrated project delivery. Review and approve material specifications, structural calculations, and construction methodologies. Perform site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and quality requirements. Provide technical solutions and resolve structural issues arising during construction. Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authority regulations. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Dubai or the UAE. Proven track record in high-rise building projects (20+ floors). Strong knowledge of international structural design codes (BS, ACI, Eurocode, etc.). Proficient in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit). Familiarity with Dubai building codes, authority submissions, and approval processes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Must hold or be eligible for Society of Engineers UAE membership.
