Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with extensive consultancy experience in residential villa projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and documentation, with proven experience managing villa projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare structural designs, calculations, and drawings for residential villa projects. Review architectural and MEP designs to ensure structural feasibility and compliance with local codes and regulations. Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, international standards, and project specifications. Prepare reports, specifications, and tender documents. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 7+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably in consultancy handling villa projects in the UAE. Proficient in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or similar). Knowledge of UAE Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and international standards (BS, Eurocode, ACI). Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
