Responsibilities:
Mentor civil engineers and assist them in understanding project scope and planning.
Collaborate with the construction department to ensure the availability and proper functioning of required equipment.
Set clear objectives for all project phases and define effective execution steps.
Prepare detailed technical specifications for proposed solutions, including timeframes and scope.
Anticipate potential project challenges or constraints and proactively manage them.
Assist engineers from other departments in creating and demonstrating practical solutions.
Work closely with project management teams to monitor progress and ensure successful implementation.
Establish a structured framework for contributions from various departments and facilitate collaboration.
Proficient in
structural analysis and design calculations
.
Skilled in using
Revit
for structural modeling and coordination.
