We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Structural Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supervising structural elements for building projects to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Prepare structural design reports, detailed drawings, and calculations. Review architectural and structural plans to ensure coordination and constructability. Use structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) for design and analysis. Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to resolve design and construction issues. Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals related to structural work. Visit project sites to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to approved structural designs. Provide technical advice and solutions during the construction phase. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization for structural systems.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in structural engineering for construction projects. Proficient in structural design and analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, etc.). Good understanding of UAE building codes and authority regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in site supervision and coordination of structural works. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and modern construction techniques. Experience working with design consultants and local authorities.
