Respective license (cards) with Trakhees, DDA, EMAAR, NAKHEEL - Mandatory
Responsibilities:
1. Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes.
2. Generation of 3D analytical and Building Information Models using various software programs, such as Autodesk, SAFE, ETABS, PROKON, STAADPRO and others.
3. Coordination of design work with in-house staff as well as other design professionals including Architects and other Engineering disciplines.
4. Preparation of construction documents within a BIM environment.
Requirements
1. Degree (Master's preferred) in structural engineering or related field
2. Strong technical skills
3. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently on multiple projects at a time
4. Ability to think "outside the box" to provide creative custom structural solutions
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil /Structural Engineering
2. Knowledge of Local Authorities and Approvals such as DM, DDA, EMAAR, TRAKHEES etc
Minimum Experience:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Architectural consultancy field
