Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer with over six years of experience in the analysis, design, and coordination of reinforced concrete structures. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in mid- and high-rise developments across residential, commercial, mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities
Execute structural analysis and design of RCC buildings, foundations, slabs, beams, and columns using industry-standard software. Model and simulate building behavior under various load conditions, including seismic. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and site teams to ensure design intent and constructability. Prepare detailed structural drawings, reports, and documentation in alignment with relevant international codes. Support in the review of shop drawings, contractor submissions, and variation proposals. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards throughout the design lifecycle. Perform site coordination and provide engineering support during construction phases.
