We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Structural Engineer

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over

5+ years of experience

in structural design and site execution within the

Construction & Property Development Sector

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and oversee construction and structural engineering projects. Prepare structural calculations, analysis, and drawings in accordance with local codes and international standards. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure proper integration of structural systems. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to structural aspects. Review and approve technical submittals and shop drawings. Provide technical support during project execution and attend site progress meetings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 License

Minimum 5 years of UAE or GCC experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of structural software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, etc.). Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations. Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

UAE Driving License (preferable). Experience in mid-rise residential and commercial projects. DM/Trakhees approval is a plus.
