Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Structural Engineer

with a strong construction background to join our team with super structural .engineering The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing structural designs, performing detailed engineering calculations, and certifying works related to

G+4 and above projects

in compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and approve structural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects G+4 and above. Perform detailed

structural analysis and load calculations

to ensure stability, strength, and compliance with safety standards. Certify structural works executed on-site in line with design intent and statutory requirements. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration and constructability. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Identify, analyze, and resolve design discrepancies or construction issues. Ensure adherence to local building codes, municipality regulations, and international engineering standards. Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and calculation sheets for submission to authorities. Assist project teams during tendering, material approvals, and method statement reviews. Provide technical support during construction, including approval of structural modifications or variations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil/Structural Engineering

(Master's preferred).

Professional certification/registration

with UAE Society of Engineers or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

as a Structural Engineer, with proven experience in

G+4 and above building projects

. (G+4 )or (G+ unlimited) Dubai Municipality license mandatory Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, and international standards (BS, ACI, Eurocodes, etc.). Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit). Ability to prepare and review detailed structural calculations and certify works. Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality.
