Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Structural Draftsman will prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. Working closely with engineers and project teams, you will ensure all drawings meet project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Core Duties

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and layouts for diverse projects using AutoCAD and drafting software
• Translate engineer and architect designs into accurate technical drawings
• Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
• Revise drawings based on engineer, consultant, and site team feedback
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for project documentation
• Deliver drawings within set deadlines and project schedules
• Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure drawing coordination
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a structural draftsman in the construction sector
• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit or BIM software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
