Structural Draftsman

to join our design and engineering team for a prestigious

5-star hotel and mall development project

in

Mogadishu, Somalia

.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create and modify

structural drawings

and

architectural/finishing drawings

based on project specifications.
? Prepare

shop drawings

and detailed structural drawings with accuracy and clarity.
? Develop

MEP coordination drawings

in collaboration with engineering teams.
? Prepare comprehensive

as-built drawings

after completion of works.
? Generate

Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

with supporting structural detail drawings.
? Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to ensure

structural integrity and feasibility

.
? Work efficiently on multiple

high-end, fast-paced projects

with attention to precision and deadlines.
? Ensure all drawings comply with

building codes, design standards, and project requirements

.
? Utilize

AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software

to produce high-quality technical drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Diploma or Degree in

Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Structural Design

.
? Minimum

8-10 years

of experience as a Structural Draftsman in building or infrastructure projects.
? Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, and related drafting tools

.
? Solid understanding of

structural elements

, reinforcement detailing, and BBS preparation.
? Familiarity with

MEP coordination drawings

and construction documentation standards.
? Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
