Prepare
2D and 3D drawings
, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
Develop
detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and civil layout plans
for construction projects.
Review and revise drawings based on engineers' and clients' comments.
Ensure all drawings are in compliance with
local authority standards and company quality guidelines
.
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site teams for drawing clarification and updates.
Maintain an organized record of drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
Prepare
quantity take-offs
and assist in preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) when required.
Support project teams during design reviews, submissions, and approvals.
Stay updated on new drafting techniques, materials, and construction standards.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
