Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 8 years
of proven experience as a Structural Draftsman inroads and infrastructure projects
. Strong knowledge ofwet utilities (sewerage, drainage, water)
systems. Excellent knowledge ofAshghal
andQE design standards
. Proficiency inAutoCAD
and other drafting tools (e.g., Civil 3D, MicroStation is a plus). Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural drawings for roads, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, manholes, chambers, and other infrastructure elements. Produce layouts, sections, and detailed drawings for wet utilities (sewer, stormwater, potable water, etc.). Ensure all drawings are compliant with
Ashghal/QE standards
and project specifications. Coordinate with engineers and project teams to gather technical information and clarify design details. Revise drawings as required based on engineering mark-ups or client feedback. Maintain organized records of drawing files and revision history. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, MEP, utilities) to ensure integrated design delivery. Assist in quantity take-offs and basic detailing if required. Follow QA/QC procedures in the preparation and review of drawings.Interested candidates share cv through email
