Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, connection details, anchor bolt layouts, and erection drawings.
Coordinate with structural engineers, fabricators, and project teams.
Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments.
Ensure drawings comply with approved design calculations and project specifications.
Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
Maintain proper drawing documentation and revision records.
Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum
2-6 years of experience
in steel structure drafting in UAE or GCC.
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD (mandatory)
.
Solid knowledge of
steel fabrication, erection drawings, and connection detailing
.
Good understanding of international codes and standards (AISC, BS, Eurocode).
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
