Job Description
Burtville Development are seeking a highly skilled Structural Draftsman
with a strong background in producing accurate and coordinated structural drawings for building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and familiarity with local authority standards.Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality structural drawings (plans, sections, details) for reinforced concrete structures.
Develop coordinated detailed design drawings and issued for drawings.
Work closely with structural engineers to implement design changes and resolve technical issues.
Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and project specifications.
Maintain organized documentation and drawings.
Participate in coordination with other disciplines (Architectural, MEP).
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Structural Draftsman.
Proficient in AutoCAD (expert level).
Experience with Revit Structure and BIM workflows is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of structural detailing for RC structures.
Familiarity with UAE authorities (ADM, DDA, DM, Trakhees, Civil Defense) standards.
Ability to read and interpret structural design calculations and engineering sketches.
Excellent attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Diploma in Civil/Structural Drafting or Engineering (preferred).
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience preparing RC shop drawings and BBS.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in the UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
