we are a factory in Umm Al quwain Looking for Structral Engineer to join our Engineering team Summary of Key Duties for this position:

You will perform structural calculations for unique situations such as fall protection anchoring, wind loading on components and cladding.
You will plan, design, and oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities
You will gather and review data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company, or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.
You will coordinate with architecture/engineering firms and Government Industrial partners in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
You will prepare bid sheets and proposals for Engineering Change Requests.
You will review and estimate design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
You will develop facilities maintenance and repair task(s) to include ordering materials and inspection of work.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent. experience/combined education.
Proficient in use of STADD analysis software or similar analysis software.

Desired Skills:

Experience using AutoCAD software.
Experience in Structural Engineering.
Experience performing facility structural analysis and designs.
Experience in design of aluminum and stainless-steel structures.
Construction and renovation project cost estimating.
Knowledge and experience with SCIF and clean room design.
Experience with Facility Condition Assessments.
Experience using Logical or other BIS to generate work orders and procurement requests.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both technical and non-technical in nature.
