We're Hiring: Structural Engineer with Quantity Surveyor Experience

Position Type: Full-Time



We are seeking a Structural Engineer with strong Structural Design experience and Quantity Surveyor experience to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a professional with a solid background in structural engineering who is also highly skilled in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the required technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:



? Designing Structures, and evaluating strength of structures, securing approvals from DMT (using STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD)

? Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on structural drawings and specifications

? Conduct cost estimation, tender analysis, and value engineering

? Prepare detailed financial and project reports

? Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:



? Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

? 5 to 7 years of UAE experience in a similar role

? Expertise in BOQ preparation for Tendering

? Strong knowledge of construction materials, costing methods, and tender documentation

? Previous experience working with a Consulting Engineering Firm is highly preferred
